Ok, progress you actually have to press the cancel button to get it to go to the next screen but still not merging and no login data filled on that 2nd screen. done it 9 times and have loads of cancelled and 1 pending now instead of 2 cancelled and 1 pending. still don't get the login data option as shown in e-sim guide though.

Another day of trying to merge, and failing, and can't send a ticket because 'problem loading the page'.

The problem is im not getting the bit where you enter primera's login info as the guide shows. keeps doing the waiting for merge but nothing happens.

thanks for help, but the problem is merge won't finish after the 'waiting for merge' bit as in Safewater's screenshot. try f5, if i go to either europa or primera page nothings changed.
