С 12 дня вступают в силу первые законы е-Российской Федерации


1. Закон о труде.
1.1 Каждый гражданин Страны обязан трудиться на её благо в отрядах и на государственных учреждениях.
1.2. Если все вакансии отрядов и гос. учреждений заняты, то разрешается трудится на предприятиях других
наших граждан, или предприятиях союзников.
1.3. Трудиться в своей фирме запрещается.
1.4. Трудиться на противников запрещается.
1.5. Гражданин обязан вносить членские взносы Gold
в отряды или государство для развития инфраструктуры страны.

2. О частном бизнесе.
2.1. Каждому жителю страны гарантировано право заниматься частным бизнесом при условии, если он не нарушает закон о труде.
2.2. Жителю разрешается брать на работу любых иностранцев.
2.3. В случае, если компания становится убыточной, она должна быть передана в государственное управление.
2.4. Жителю разрешается продавать свой товар самостоятельно, либо через государственного помощника по международной торговле. В таком случае взымается налог, в зависимости от партии и товара.
2.5. Продажа вооружения противнику запрещена.

3. О снабжении
3.1. Государство обязуется снабжать граждан булками, гифтами и пушками.
3.2. Выдача производится по запросу.
3.3. Выдача производится только тем, кто соблюдает Закон о труде.
3.4. Государство самостоятельно решает об объёме снабжения, в зависимости от геополитической обстановки.
3.5. Государственные служащие получают усиленное снабжение.

4. О воинской повинности
4.1. Каждый гражданин обязан сражаться за Россию или Союзников.
4.2. Каждый гражданин обязан сражаться по приказу своего отряда, либо по негласному оповещению по почте, либо по прямому решению Президента страны или Министерства Обороны страны.
4.3. Строго запрещается сражаться на стороне противника или недружественных альянсов.

5. Об ответственности
5.1. Нарушение закона о труде лишает гражданина государственного снабжения.
5.2. Уход с работы на отряды лишает гражданина места в отряде, если в течение двух суток он не вернётся на работу. Это не касается специальных государственных поручений и смены работы между отрядами. Восстановление в отряде производится на общих условиях набора в отряд при наличии мест.
5.3. Использование снабжения запрещено в целях, не соответствующих закону №4 "О воинской повинности", и может повлечь дисциплинарные меры, такие как:
5.3.1. Запрет на выдачу снабжения на определённое Государственной Комиссией время.
5.3.2. Штраф, определяемый Государственной Комиссией.

First laws of Russian Federation


(Political)

From the 12th day and onward the very fist laws of Russian Federation come into play.

1. Labour law
1.1 Each citizen is obliged to work for the good of the country in either government or MU companies.
1.2 If there's no working place for a citizen in any of government or MU companies, he is allowed to work in companies of our citizens or our allies.
1.3 You are not allowed to work in your own company.
1.4 You are not allowed to work for our enemies.
1.5 Each citizen must donate his gold to MUs or government in order to develop country's infrastructure.

2. Private business
2.1 Each citizen has the right to conduct private business, if his actions don't conflict with the Labour law
2.2 Citizen is allowed to hire foreigners.
2.3 In case a company is becoming a burden (less profit then investment), it must be transffered to the government.
2.4 Citizen is allowed to conduct trading of his own, or through the government's minister of finances. In that case, a small fee is taken by the government, depending on the amount of goods and price.
2.5 Selling weapons to enemies is strictly prohibited.

3. Supplies
3.1 Government supplies it's citizens with food, gifts and weapons.
3.2 Supplying happens only through requests.
3.3 Only those citizens that are abiding the Labour law will be able to receive supplies.
3.4 Government decides on the amount of supplies to give to each citizen.
3.5 Government workers receive additional supplies for their work.

4. Conscription
4.1 Each citizen is obliged to fight for his country or our allies.
4.2 Each citizen is obliged to fight on MU's orders or direct orders from government or CP himself.
4.3 Fighting alongside enemies or their alliances is strongly prohibited.

5. Responsibilities
5.1 Violating the Labour law will prohibit citizens from getting supplies.
5.2 Leaving MU's company will result in losing a place in MU itself, unless citizen will chose to return to his job in 2 days. Swapping workplace between MU's companies and changing your workplace based on any special government order is allowed.
5.3 Citizens are not allowed to use their supplies if their goals violate Conscription Law. Punishment for such a crime is:
5.3.1 Restricting a citizen from getting any kind of supplies for a limited amount of time.
5.3.2 Fee. Exact amount will be chosen by the Commission.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.


In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
