1) Qual'è lo scopo del gioco?
Al contrario di quello che può sembrare in un primo momento lo scopo di questo gioco non è solo quello di conquistare il mondo… anche se nessuno vi impedisce di provarci.
In realtà non esiste un vero e proprio scopo ma ciascun giocatore si può porre degli obiettivi diversi, come per esempio diventare il soldato più forte della mia nazione, diventare il capo dell'esercito e guidarlo nelle varie battaglie, farsi eleggere Presidente e guidare la politica dello stato, o magari diventare un imprenditore di successo aprendo aziende e guadagnando molti soldi. Si può fare tutto questo e anche di più... sta a voi impegnarvi per riuscirci. 
2) Cosa si richiede per giocare ad e-sim?
Questo gioco richiede solo un po' di costanza; non è necessario stare ore ed ore davanti al pc! Bastano anche pochi minuti a patto che si giochi ogni giorno. Poi naturalmente l'impegno è proporzionale agli obiettivi che si vuole raggiungere.
3) Dove trovo materiale per capire come giocare?
C'è una WIKI (in italiano!) e la mitica CHAT dove troverete sempre qualcuno a cui fare le domande più astruse.
Ora passiamo a delle domande più specifiche:
1)Guerra
1.1) Abbiamo un esercito?
Certo! Come ogni e-nazione che si rispetti abbiamo un nostro esercito statale. L'esercito è necessario per coordinare tutti i soldati nelle varie guerre in modo da poter fare il maggior numero di danni possibili e quindi vincere le battaglie. Inoltre i membri dell'esercito riceveranno cibo e armi gratuitamente dallo stato in caso di battaglie importanti!
1.2) Come è strutturato l'esercito?

1.3) Come si fa a combattere per il proprio paese?
Innanzitutto si devono seguire gli ordini che vengono dati in CHAT . se non sono presenti basta chiedere. Non sempre riguarderanno l'e-Italia, spesso combatteremo a favore dei nostri alleati.
1.4) Come faccio ad aumentare i punti forza (strenght)?
I punti forza o Strength si guadagnano ogni giorno andando su My Places ---> TRAIN (attività ---> addestramento). I primi giorni si prende +20, poi +10, poi +5 fino ad arrivare a +1 al giorno.
2) Politica
I membri del congresso sono chiamati a proporre e votare le leggi che governano il paese, che possono riguardare le tasse, i trattati internazionali, l’uso dei soldi statali e il posizionamento di edifici strategici. Le elezioni congressuali si svolgono il 25 di ogni mese.
Il presidente è chiamato a indirizzare lo sviluppo del paese ed ha maggiori poteri dei membri del congresso per proporre leggi che riguardano la guerra ed i rapporti con altre nazioni. Il Presidente viene eletto il 5 di ogni mese.
2.2) Si possono fare alleanze con gli altri paesi?
Si. Il compito di stipulare alleanze è attribuito alla congresso. L'e-Italia al momento fa parte dell'alleanza denominata AFN .
3) Lavoro
3.1) Come posso lavorare per l'Italia?
Dare SEMPRE la precedenza alle azienda della org italiana quando si cerca un lavoro. Non lavorate per Org nemiche o cittadini stranieri.
4) Economia
4.1) A cosa servono i gold e che valore hanno?
I gold possono essere paragonati a una moneta universale che può essere convertita nelle varie monete nazionali e viceversa. Per fare ciò è presente una sezione apposita denominata Monetary Market (mercato monetario) dove si possono fare tutti gli scambi tra valute. Per i giocatori più portati per questo genere di cose è possibile speculare un po' coi cambi per provare ad ottenere qualche guadagno in più…… ma c’è anche il rischio di rimetterci soldi! In ogni caso ricordatevi che i gold sono MOLTO preziosi, quindi cercate di non sprecarli.
I gold sono necessari per costruire le "Companies" (aziende) ed inoltre alcuni pagamenti particolari sono effettuati in gold. Può capitare anche che tra accordi personali si possa procedere a scambi di merci con pagamento in gold senza passare per il product market (mercato)... in questo caso state attenti a non farvi imbrogliare!

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
