Visų pirma labai svarbu suprasti, kas yra Pelnas
Pelnas= Pajamos - Veiklos sąnaudos
Pajamos yra tie pinigai, kuriuos turi veiklos vykdytojas pardavęs prekes.
Veiklos sąnaudos - algos mokamos darbuotojams, raw pirkimas (deimantai, geležis, grudai...) ir mokesčiai valstybei.
Prisiminkite, kad Jūsų užduotis ne tik gauti pelną, bet gauti Maksimalų pelną!
Skaičiuojant geriausia viską pasiversti į gold. Nes fabrikai ir produkcija gali būti gaminami ar parduodami kituose regionuose nei eLietuva.
1) Reikia nuspręsti ką gaminsite - ar gaminsite pirminius produktus - raw (Deimantai, Metalas, Grudai ar Oil) arba antrinius produktus kurie gaminami iš raw (Ginklai, Maistas, dovanos ir tt.).
Čia labai svarbus žingsnis, kadangi nuo paklausos ir pasiulos priklausys Jūsų būsimos firmos sėkmė!
Kuo didesnė konkurencija, tuo sunkiau Jums bus plėstis. Tuo tarpu mažiau konkurencijos padės Jums lengviau parduoti produkciją. Bet atkreipkite dėmesį, kad kai kurias prekes žmonės perka labai dažnai ir dideliais kiekiais (Food 5 pvz) o kitas prekes perka labai labai retai (Namai 5 pvz).
2) Įmonę galite susikurti pats (pati) už 20 Gold, arba pirkti įmonių aukcione!
Geriau įmonių pasidairyti aukcione, nes galite rasti pirkti pigiau!
3) Fabriką geriausia steigti (ar pirkti) Aukšto pajamingumo (High Regions) regionuose - butinai pasiaiškinkite šitą.
4) Įkūrę (arba nusipirkę fabriką) fabriką, turėsite pradėti gamybą. Jei gaminsite pirminius produktus (Deimantai, Metalas, Grudai) tai Jums tereikės savo saskaitoje tureti valiutos, kadangi turėsite mokėti darbuotojams algą. Pvz jei turite 3 darbuotojus ir kiekvienam mokate po 21 LTL per dieną, tai turėsite turėti mažiausiai 61 LTL kiekvieną dieną savo saskaitoje.
Kitu atveju darbuotojai negaus atlygio ir nedirbs firmoje (išeis).
Jei gaminate antrinius produktus (Maistą, Dovanas, Ginklus ...) privalėsite turėti ne tik litų algoms mokėti, bet ir pirminės medžiagos prekių gamybai. Pvz. šimtui ginklu (1) pagaminti reikia 300 metalo. Jei turite 3 darbuotojus savo imoneje, tad 3 x 300 = 900 metalo. Šį punktą taippat pasidomėkite daugiau.
5) Kokio ekonominio (eco skill) lygio darbuotojus samdyti?!
Na, čia nereikia nei žmonių su aukštuoju išsilavinimu nei su patirtimi. viskas labai paprasta, ekonominis lygis rodo koeficientą, kiek žmogus pagamins tam tikrų produktų.
Tačiau jei neaiški šita vieta neišsigąskite. Pabandžius taps daug aiškiau.
Atminkite, kad vidutiniškai verslą turintis žmogus uždirba daugiau ir gyvena geriau, tačiau su dideliu atlygiu ateina ir didesnė rizika (bankrotai, konkurencija, šalies ar regiono okupacija ir tt.

Turime Weapons (Ginklų) gamybos fabriką. Fabrikas yra 1 (pirmo) ekonominio lygio.
Įdarbinau 5 skill žmogų, kuriam moku 21 LTL/ dieną.
Jis man pagamina 108 Weps (1), ginklus.
Ir gamindamas sunaudoja 217 Iron (matalo).
Skaičiuojame: 108 weps x 0.87 LTL (už vnt) = 93.96 LTL Tačiau neapsigaukite čia, Jūs dar mokate valstybei pelno mokestį.
Realiai uždirbate 108 weps x 0.84 LTL = 90.72 LTL.
Tam buvo sunaudota 217 iron x 0.23 LTL = 49.91 LTL.
Žmogui sumokėjote 21 LTL
Jūsų pelnas: 90.72 - 49.91 - 21 = 19.81LTL (Pelnas!)
Atrodo gan neblogai ! Bet jei turite 3-4 tokius darbuotojus, pelnas 3 x 19.81 = 59.43. Darbinant 3 ir daugiau darbuotojus fabrikuose kiekvieno darbuootjo produktyvumas mažėja , todėl labiausiai apsimoka darbtinti 3-4 darbuotojus. Norint padidinti pelną galite gamintis patys metalą, tada pelnas dar didesnis. Arba metalą galie gauti pigiau. Arba darbinti už mažesnę alga.... kaip matote arba arba būna daug Dėl to verslas ir būna toks įdomus.
#euTrade tai pokalbių forma vykstantys mainai, kuriuose galite parduoti prekes be jokių mokeščių, nes prekės parduodamos kontrakto arba donate pagalba, kur nėra taikomi jokie mokeščiai, ir kaina už kuria nupirksite/ parduosite daiktus priklausys tik nuo jūsų!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
