Na ovom linku imate detaljnu analizu funkcionisanja ekonomije države u ratnim uslovima koju sam dao pre 25 godina za Radio televiziju Sarajevo.

Davno, mnogo davno, čuo sam priču o mehaničkim časovnicima. Oni se mogu podeliti u pet grupa.
- Prvu grupu čine zaribali časovnici sa zarđalim točkićima koje niko nikada neće pokrenuti.
- Druga grupa ima škripave mehanizme.
- Treća grupa radi OK, časovnik ponekad stane, ali uglavnom pokazuje tačno vreme.
- Četvrtu grupu čine dobro podmazani mehanizmi koji se ne kvare.
- U petoj grupi su časovnici sa savršeno podmazanim zupčanicima koji se presijavaju. Klatno je idealno balansirano, a kazaljke prave, ali
Šta će ti takav časovnik ako se točkići ne okreću?


Povod za pisanje članka jeste konkurs za kredite objavljen od državne organizacije, ali razlozi su dublji i širi. Srpska zajednica na ovom serveru je mala, ali u njoj ima veliki procenat iskusnih igrača koji bi trebalo da znaju kako zajednici obezbediti uslove za što veći razvoj. Za to su potrebna tri elementa:
- Energija,
- Dobra volja,
- Znanje.

Prema trenutnom stanju na mapi Evrope, može se reći da Srbija stoji odlično. Trenutno imamo najviše teritorija na serveru, članovi smo i jedna od okosnica najuticajnijeg saveza, imamo region bogat gvožđem i skoro najviše plate na serveru... Sve ovo je postignuto upotrebom ona već pomenuta tri elementa, koji su primenjeni u diplomatiji i veštini ratovanja. Ja nisam stručnjak za te stvari i ljudima koji su trošili sate i dane na unapređenju Srbije na vojnom, teritorijalnom i diplomatskom polju skidam kapu (namerno ne pominjem nikoga sa ove ili one strane. Čovek sam koji izbegava konflikte i ne želim da se zamerim ikome).
Jedini modul ove igre gde se oseti nedostatak jednog od pomenutih elemenata jeste ekonomski. Iako Srbija ima sve uslove za nesmetan razvoj igrača, nemamo ni približno razvijenu ekonomiju kao države sa regionima bogatim gvožđem. Ja se neću baviti razlozima ove situacije, već ću pokušati da ukažem na nekoliko problema koje sam učio i dam svoje viđenje izlaska iz tih problema.

Problem No 1: Nedostatak dinara na tržištu novca
Isključivo zbog ovog problema ja još nisam prebacio firmu iz Poljske u Srbiju. Jednostavno, nabaviti dinare preko MM-a po povoljnom kursu je izuzetno teško, a monetarni udari su česti. Razlog je prost, nema dovoljno dinara u opticaju.
Rešenje problema je još prostije. Umesto da Vlada pokušava da održi kurs dinara na 0.07, neka odredi novi (npr. 0.08), viši kurs i time smanji pritisak na MM. Ovim potezom će se privremeno (moja procena je dva dana) destabilizovati tržište, ali će se dugoročno smanjiti rizik od monetarnih udara, stabilizovati kurs valute i stvoriti uslovi za mirno poslovanje.
Jedna od grešaka Vlade koju sam uočio jeste postavljanje velike margine između prodajnog i kupovnog kursa od oko 7%. Kada bi ciljana margina bila 3% ili 4% situacija bi bila bolja. Uloga Države je da obezbedi stabilne uslove poslovanja, a ne da zarađuje na MM-u.

Problem No 2: Insistiranje vojnih jedinica na proizvodnji Q1 naoružanja
Matematika je prosta. uobičajena Cena pet Q1 oružja na crnom tržištu je 0.29 golda, a Q5 oružja 0.38 golda. Malo većim angažovanjem i organizacijom, možemo ostvarivati odličan profit na ovaj način.

Problem No 3: Nedostatak ideja
Moj povod za pisanje ovog članka. Država treba da ima plan ekonomskog razvoja. Vrlo kratkoročan, jer ovaj server se gasi za četiri meseca. Nadam se da se niko neće naći prozvanim, ali smatram da igrač koji posle mesec i po ili dva nije uspeo sebi da obezbedi realan izvor prihoda to neće uspeti ni sa državnim kreditom od 20 golda, za koji prvo treba da plati 4 golda, a posle i kamatu u zavisnosti za koji se tip kredita odlučio.
Možda bi bilo pametnije da Država izađe samo sa savetom tim igračima da štekaju nedelju dana svoje plate, obrću ih na MM-u i na taj način dođu do 20 golda. Ovako, zaista izgledamo smešno.
Ukoliko Država ima višak golda neka investira iste u rešavanje problema No 2.

You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
