Another week has passed, many are tired of war, some are very amibitious for it: one thing that's for sure is the battles will be fought despite the diverse opinions among the citizens. Before we begin our detailed and objective description of the ongoing events, let us have a quick glance at this list of ten countries with the most controlled terrirories:
Romania - 16
Hungary - 16
Russia - 13
Turkey - 11
United Kingdom - 10
Bulgaria - 9
France - 9
Iceland - 9
Croatia - 9
What we notice is that the first five countries are all members of the alliance [AFN], with an overall territory count of 74. Little fun fact: If we add up the last 22 countries' territories, the number is only 73.
Iberian Peninsula
Spain and Portugal equally control 4 regions, although Portugal seems to have become weakened because of France's and Spain's constant attacks. Don't forget that the two countries are in the same alliance, [The Union], respectively. If they manage to wipe out the Portuguese, there will be no parts owned by [AFN]. Hats off to [The Union]: They really achieved to make their country members work together, we can see Estonians, Turks, Swedes and Belgians fighting on the battlefield.
Central Europe
Wouldn't it be surprising and a uplifting feeling to see the name Slovenia on the map of Europe? This might happen, as they're striving towards their independence in Hungary. While the Hungarians are busy fighting back the Swiss army in the Alps, this could be an adequate possibility for the Slovenians. As we know, the Hungarian army is one of the strongest and largest in Europe, but in fact, they are losing the war against the Slovenians. As we are heading a little further to the north, we can see something interesting: the conflict between the Czech Republic and Poland. The borders keep changing every day, if not every hour. It is really difficult to provide the readers accurate information about this region.
The Balkans
A new battleground has formed in the peninsula, between Bulgaria and Greece. Bulgaria is leading the war, Greece is about the loose against the rapid attacks. It makes it even more interesting that the two nations are in the same alliance. Bulgaria is not the only country Greece has to be afraid of: Albania has already taken four regions back. Skopje has gained its independence from the Serbs, and proclaimed a new state, the Republic of Macedonia.
Eastern Europe
Warning! We suggest you not to plan any trips and excursions here. War, revolution and the collapse of the government - these are the words that typifies the area. Russia has the control over all the Lithuanian cores. Who would expect them to own 13 territories after Poland had annexed them? The Russians are the people the Eastern European [The Union] members need to be afraid of. As a matter of fact, the [AFN] controls almost the whole Eastern, Central and Southern parts of Europe. Let us not forget Belarus, they have managed to gain not only independence, but five cores. They are the absolute winners of the events around them.
Northern Europe
The people who had voted in our news previous article for Sweden's full independence were right, they could fight off the Danish forces. Iceland and Norway seem to be peaceful at the moment, England was able to succesfully defend itself against Ireland, and is now attacking the Danish Isles. When it comes to sea fight, the United Kingdom is unbeatable.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
