i get some PM ask me to write about stock market .
my English is not good if that hurt your eyes then DON'T read .
at start you need to know how to start your company .
Iron = Iron and weapon
Gran = Grain and food
Diamond = Diamond and gifts
Wood = house
Stone = estate Hospitals and DS
i personally like to locate in high regions only. i mean i put both iron and weapon on city with high iron .
this way the only way to be in a debuff is if the country lose its capital.
for workers you need to see the salary on that country is it too high or low .and how many playrs are in it.
now last thing is LC to pay the salary. and for this you have 2 options
1) is the MM stable and active so you can buy from it anytime you need .
2) that country have good market that you can sell on it . and this one is much better. coz on this you will be selling and getting the salary at same time . no need to put gold on MM and wait.
what the best company Q.
for recurse try to get Q3 fast as you can it don't cost you much.then you can go to Q5
for products Q5 of all for sure + Q1 weapons. (Q3 food and gifts or Q1 tickets are 2nd choice )
so it is best to start with weapons . food . gifts . tickets . house . estate

SC nationality will be same as creator but it is important since you will be able to sell on that country without paying import tax
starting Sc will cost you 100 gold minimum 50 will go for the SC creation . or lets say for the name and the other 50 will be on it.
issue share will cost you 0.05 gold per share. and you can adjest the price to be same as current value or higher ( it cant be less )
split shares will cost you 0.05*share numbers in sc ( if the sc has 200 share split them to 400 will cost you 200*0.05= 10 gold)
acts on sc go on voting . here is an important part
if a shareholder have more than 50% his and less than 75% he will be able to control the sc but will have to wait 24 hours for some acts
if a shareholder have 75% as soon as he vote . the voting end and no need to wait.
now this i didn't know at start but if shareholder have more than 96% then he have full control of SC and he can take everything from it . you cant report him for any acts in Sc.
when you put offer on market or MM you cant change the vale . on sc you will have to delet it then make a new one ( IDK why it is like that )
SC cant make contract with players . you will have to buy it then make contract with the player

sc value . the game calc the sc value based on trades happen in past 20 or 25 days ( i guess )
each company get 90% of what you pay for it as value .Q1 mean 18 gold. Q2 is 36gold . Q3 is 81 gold . Q4 is 171gold and Q5 is 351gold this are fixed and unchanged
gold is gold no change ^_^
so if the sc have alot of products or money on it . its value may jump up suddenly or drop down .
so when you want to buy shares keep that in mind . see how active the sc . it is ok to look at all companies it has and see if it has workers on past days or it is dead.
see it in 2nd day watch it and see how it work .how often they Pay dividend . what is the share return .no rush.
i personally see some acts as scam . but its legal
the most used is make a sc with high number of share .
lets say 800 with a value 0.5 per share now he issue 100 shares for 1g . that is not too much many will drop few gold to get shares and they will be sold fast.
as soon as they are sold he Pay dividend a 100 for doing nothing . and he get 77.7 gold and the new share holder get 22.22 gold of the 100 they pay . the profit he make was simply the money he make from selling you share for a high price.
so watch out from sc that spam issue shares then Pay dividend without earning it.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
