Hello Europa
, today i wanted to talk about my new idea EVCO = Europa Virtual Chess Organization, I will lunch the idea if it gets enough support 
The Organization will focus on chess [ofcourse
] our focus in the organization is to bring chess lovers across esim together by getting everyone together,hosting tournaments,fighting each other competitive and more..
**There will be ranked games aka Official games in which two players bet againts each other which will be recongnized as an Official Game, those games will be added to the leaderboard top ranked players will be registered into tournaments.
Offical Games, will be monitored by our EVCO Inspectors/watchers of some sort
and added to our list each player will have its own rank based on his losses,draws and wins.
The highest ranked players will compete in the grand tournaments in which the prize is a high amounts of gold, Im not sure of how much gold we will be able to raise as im not sure if we gonna have any donations,sponsores. Gold
The organization will have a weekly schedule in which it will processed we will have stuff like tournaments,ranked games,chess puzzles with prizes,weekly reports,leaderboard,prizes,cabinet,sponsorship system,betting system/ranked games system.
The organization will have an official Irc as well as an official logo, each member will have to register his place in the organization/group so we will know who is in it and who is not.
Articles: Tutorials,Monthly tournaments,Analyzes etc..
Leaderboard: The leader board will be made in Excel spreadsheet by me and EVCO watchers/inspectors.
Tournaments: Tournaments will be held monthly/weekly this will be dependent on the amount of Gold we manage to raise .
Schedule:
Sunday to Thursday - Friendly Games,tutorials,puzzles [Not sure]
Friday to Saturday - Betting Games/Offical Games,Tournaments
I have even more things in mind to talk about, I will if this will get enough support as this stuff takes hours just to think about.
As you can see in this Example we have a neutral pawn or in other words the EVCO most trusted people, this people will control the gold in order that no one will get scammed in the process he will make sure that until the bet has been registered through him the match cannot start as a betting match because there cannot be one player betting and the other don't if this happens ofcourse the betting match is terminated between the two players and further actions are only up to the players.
***If the neutral pawn has been caught cheating,passing the laws he will be banned from IRC,Chats he will also not be recognized as an Official EVCO neutral pawn anymore which would make him disqualified for EVER !***
Now i would like to talk about the EVCO Sponser System the EVCO sponser system is a system which is meant to further expand the organization as well as host tournaments, the organization cannot simply host 100 Gold Winning Pot tournaments without your help!
I'm not sure how much people will be actually willing to donate money,sponsor our Tournaments as i know that a lot of people see Chess as a boring,complicated and not much of intriguing investment overall, Which is sad and not true but i personally think it will be a great experience seeing the community helping something like chess grow by making it even larger with the help of community.
Cabinet, the EVCO cabinet will be made in this form:
President/Head Master: basically the head of the organization, the main leader,in charge of the tournaments, what goes into articles, what should be written In short I'm in charge of the what goes.
Inspector/watcher: Okay,so down the line from me are the Inspectors aka the most hidden people in the entire community no one knows who they are expect me.
*They are the one who watch the games and tell me there outcome as well as analyze they are as trusted as the Neutral which is really trusted. they help me build the weekly leaderboard everything they say is only truth they cannot lie about the outcome of the the games If they will be found spreading lies to up someones rank they will be disqualified.
EVCO Writer/Rook: The writers are in charge of distributing articles to me such as tutorial articles ,analyzes articles, overall chess articles there articles will be sent to me via some notepad file with everything ready for copy and paste which means everything should be made as a pre article and then copied to me at the current which i will then post in there name.
This is made in such form because i cannot simply give my account away for everyone in the future im planning to pay a nice salary for the rooks and not only for the rooks but this is in the future as i don't have the funds to pay anyone yet.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
