Everyone can join and become a little girl, but only the ones who fit the requirements will be able to run for congress.

Requirements
(They are required!)

• You must be active, preferably in IRC too.
• Plz dun tlk lyk disz!
• Stats don't matter, skill does.
• You must be #1 player in every stat type.
• Avoid !@#%ing swearing all !@#$ing over the !@#$%ing place please.
• Don't ask for promotion. I mean duh. Really. Nobody likes that in any party.
• Be nice to other party members. We like nice. Nice is nice. Nice people go far in life.
• Save the pandas!
